We had very mixed feelings from this place, the old gentleman at the door (maybe the owner) was very nice and welcoming but the staff was quite unprofessional. My friend said thank you in Greek after the waiter brought the food and he said he is not Greek and that he hates when people say that to him, then he kept standing next to our table looking at us, I eventually asked where is he from because it was awkward, we already had our food and l told him where we are from but there was nothing more to say and he was still expecting from us to keep talking to him. After that my friend just started eating and eventually he left, but it was so weird, also she felt really discouraged from learning Greek language and maybe even insulted. We came for an early dinner around 4-5 so there weren’t many people there but there were maybe 4 waiters and they were standing all on the stairs right next to our table talking to each other looking directly at us eating, it was very unpleasant. Later we saw a similar review about their stuff so maybe next year it will get better. Now to the good part, the vegetarian penne was very good, full of olives, what we enjoyed, there could be more sauce with the gyros it was quite dry, also not many non alcoholic drink options. Apart from the service I would say it’s a good restaurant but we found...

My visit to this restaurant was a real disappointment. I expected to enjoy dinner with a beautiful view from the rooftop garden, but instead, I received poor service and an unpleasant atmosphere.
The first thing that disappointed me was the rudeness of the waiters. Not only were they not friendly, but they also yelled at the customers and at each other, creating tension and unpleasant emotions. This is not how I want to be treated at a place where I came to relax and enjoy my meal.
Additionally, the tables were placed too close to each other, creating a feeling of overcrowding and lack of personal space. Instead of a cozy dinner, I felt like I was in a crowded bus.
Perhaps the most unpleasant part of the visit was the waiting. We spent 30 minutes at the entrance, being promised that we would be seated any moment. Instead of strolling through the beautiful town, we felt deceived and disappointed by the false promises.
Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you are looking for a pleasant and relaxing place for dinner. The poor service, uncomfortable table arrangement, and unnecessary waiting completely ruined...
Read moreWent here on the first night of my holiday in Lindos. I had the chicken souvlaki which was served with salad and chips. It was delicious. I had a lovely icy cold local beer to wash it down, whilst enjoying the amazing views. I ordered the Baklava for dessert, which was a very generous portion and served with ice cream. It was absolutely amazing. Staff were very attentive, and a special mention has to be made for the owner Vangelis. He is such a lovely person, and rescued me after I’d had a particularly bad experience at another local restaurant. He noticed I was upset, and brought me into the restaurant and gave me a glass of wine on the house to make me feel better. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, and he made me feel so much better. Thankyou Vangelis. I will tell everyone how fantastic you and your...
