Well, basically nothing went well on our visit. Starting from the waitress who came the first time to get our order and we politely asked her for more time, as we went there to enjoy a chilled breakfast and she returned for second time literally in less than a minute!! She asked us again and pushed us in order to get the order, as she even grabbed the menu from my hands so she can "suggest ". We got one omelette and one scrambled, mix juice and coffee. When the drinks arrived the glass of my juice was broken on the edge and i asked from the assistant waiter to remove it. The food came and my scrambled had garlic inside something that was not listed on the menu!! Garlic is intense and of course i did not finish my plate. Also my girlfriend who had the omelet wanted cheddar which was listed as option but had no pricing on the menu and we got informed afterwards that had an extra charge!

No new juice came as replacement for the faulty one not even someone in charge to apologise and when we said to waitress about the garlic she seemed surprised like she didn't know what the plate consist of. In conclusion terrible experience, insufficient menu, horrible and unprofessional service.

Λάβα φυστικιού! Μήνες τώρα ακούμε για αυτήν την λάβα φυστικιου που έχει γίνει ένας χαμός κι όλοι μιλάνε για αυτήν. Σάββατο πρωί, λοιπόν, στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης αποφασίζουμε κι εμείς να δοκιμάσουμε την περιβόητη λάβα. Μας άρεσε; Δεν ξέρουμε είναι η απάντηση γιατί δεν την δοκιμάσαμε ποτε. Αφού μας υποδέχτηκε η κοπέλα στην είσοδο και μας ενημέρωσε ότι έχει κάποια αναμονή κοντοστεκόμαστε και παραγγέλνουμε δυο καφεδάκια όσο περιμένουμε. Μετά από περίπου 10 λεπτά μας μεταφέρει σε τραπέζι του πάνω ορόφου. Μετά από 20 λεπτα καθισμένοι στο τραπέζι μας ήρθε η ώρα επιτέλους να παραγγείλουμε. Παραγγέλνουμε μια αλμυρή κρεπα και μια αλμυρή βαφλα, ενώ τη λάβα φυστικιου θα την παραγγελναμε αφού τρώγαμε τα αλμυρά. Στην παραγγελεια να σημειώσω πως δεν μας δινόταν η επιλογή να αλλάξουμε κάποιο υλικό στα πιάτα του καταστήματος (πχ αντί για μουστάρδα στην κρεπα να βάζαμε μαγιονέζα). Πέρασε κυριολεκτικά 1+ ώρα από την παραγγελία και έφτασε επιτέλους η κρεπα χωρίς την βαφλα. Από ευγένεια η παρέα μου θεώρησε σκόπιμο να περιμένει και το δικό μου πιάτο για να ξεκινήσουμε μαζί να τρώμε. Η βαφλα εν ολίγοις έφτασε στο τραπέζι μας μετά από 15 λεπτά. Ήδη χαλασμένοι από την όλη καθυστέρηση και την πολιτική του καταστήματος ξεκινάμε να τρώμε. Η πρωτη μπουκιά της κρύας,πλέον, κρεπας συνοδευόταν από μια μακριά τριχα η οποία δεν προερχόταν από εμάς. Εντελώς ξενερωμενοι, πλέον, μετά το «κερασάκι στην τούρτα» και δίχως να έχουμε φάει από τα πιάτα μας, ενημερώνουμε την σερβιτόρα για την τρίχα και ζητάμε τον λογαριασμό για να φύγουμε από το μαγαζί δίχως θέλοντας να δοκιμάσουμε κάτι άλλο ή να περιμένουμε κι άλλο χρόνο για την αλλαγή του πιάτου. Πληρώνουμε (τα πάντα εκτος της κρέπας) μας ζητάει συγγνώμη η σερβιτόρα και δεν έρχεται κανένας υπεύθυνος στο τραπέζι να προσπαθήσει να «σώσει» την κατάσταση. Κατεβαίνουμε κάτω να παραλάβουμε την απόδειξη και τότε μιλήσαμε με την υποδοχη του καταστήματος η οποία προσπάθησε να μας ζητήσει συγγνώμη και να μας αλλάξει το πιάτο, όμως ήταν ήδη πολύ αργά. Μας έδωσε στο τέλος δυο συσκευασίες με το προϊόν του μαγαζιού δώρο. Το αφεντικό του καταστήματος, ο οποίος ήταν εκεί, δεν φάνηκε πουθενά σε όλο αυτό το σκηνικό. Άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, άκρως υπερεκτιμημένο μαγαζί καθώς τα πιάτα μας δεν ήταν καν νοστιμα, καμια διάθεση για σωστή εξυπηρέτηση του...
