Food was good but nothing 'special' given their location. They don't use the real red extra tasty Greek tomatoes in their salads. Very disappointed because a simple choice if they ate their own food. Vine leaves were too soggy and obviously made in huge batches. However, the service was just so bad!!! Greece does not do service well. Here they were just frantic trying to get customers in and out, arrange tables and look busy whilst ignoring the actual customer sitting there. Too many staff too busy with non customer jobs. Actually irritating. When you do get served they are clearly impatient and not engaged. If you are not dressed right or don't look like a wealthy tourist you get the seats away from the view. View actually not great from inside this restaurant and don't go at sunset. Too damn hot sitting there in full sun. Would not recommend because so many better options. We learnt that in Greece, in the smaller, more out the way restaurants the food is much better/fresher, service less frantic and better prices too.

We arrived for dinner without a reservation at the busy pre-sunset time of 8:00pm. The staff were very welcoming and provided us with glasses of complimentary wine to enjoy - along with the fantastic views - while we waited. Once seated, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and offered recommendations. The food was excellent and the view of the sunset was great, though often obstructed by passersby, stopping to take photos. Though there's nothing the restaurant can do about that. At the end of our meal, we were given a complimentary dessert of waffle and ice-cream, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the vibe and food so much that we returned a further two times with the staff remembering us and again being very friendly, helpful and attentive. We'd recommend the gyros, moussaka and particularly the saganaki - Greek cheese baked with a crispy coating and served covered in honey. When we return to Santorini, we'll definitely eat here again. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had just finished a photoshoot and we were absolutely out of breath and drenched in sweat from the unbearable heat. We came down the pathway in hopes of finding something open and readily available (we did not plan ahead and make reservations). Nevertheless, we were welcomed in and seated at our discretion. We immediately took in the cool breeze and great customer service. They provided on the house delicious pea soups, breads with an olive dip, my husband ordered the fried feta cheese with crusty layers and honey soaked in. It was absolutely divine. I ordered the shrimp risotto and my husband ordered the gyro (reminds me of doners you eat around Europe) and everything was an absolute hit! I ordered a mojito - although a bit pricy the serving size was perfect. They even served as a fresh platter of watermelon after our meal. The staff were friendly and soooo interactive with our four year old. If you come here, you will not be disappointed.

Honestly? One of the worst meals I’ve had traveling abroad. I’m shocked this place has so many glowing reviews because my experience was a total flop.

I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki… what showed up was tragic. No tzatziki (in Greece!!), but instead a sad little side of ranch. Am I in Santorini or St. Louis? The Dolmas were just as bad. The menu photo promised 8 with tzatziki, I got 4 with none.

The bill? 100€. The vibe? Regret. Instead of an amazing Greek food moment, I left feeling scammed at a tourist trap with a nice view. Food: terrible. Service: meh. Prices: ridiculous.

And after my experience, I went back and looked at some of the other reviews… and honestly, are we eating at the same place? People raving about this food must be delusional. The photos alone look like they came straight out of a frozen food bag… sad, cheap vegetables and sloppy presentation. Nothing about it screams fresh, authentic, or worth the price tag.

Do yourself a favor and skip it. If you actually want authentic Greek food that tastes incredible (and at about 75% cheaper), go to Ladokolla, Lucky’s Souvlakis, or Karvounaki. Your stomach and your wallet...

I went here with my boyfriend on our first night in Santorini for what we hoped would be a special and romantic meal. We booked in advance and were told we'd have a table next to the edge of the restaurant to watch the sunset but when we got there we were sat right in the middle of the busy restaurant. There's lots of people that crowd around the edge of the restaurant to take pictures of the sunset so it didn't really feel like a special or relaxing experience. We thought we'd treat ourselves to the seafood platter which was incredibly disappointing. It was very expensive for what it was. One grilled fish with a few prawns and an incredibly tough piece of calamari which neither of us could eat. A few bland boiled vegetables around the edge. The waitress was lovely but it felt like there was tension between the staff whilst we were there, it seemed like they were arguing so we had to keep calling people over when we needed service. We left feeling disappointed as we could have spent much less and got a more special meal elsewhere. Views are lovely but you can get good views in lots of other places in the...
