We booked a table with my friends (at 9:30pm), a week before our arrival and they were quite flexible about the time we could reserve it. When we arrived, they placed us in the most inconvenient place possible (at the bar, in a semi-closed area) and the rest of the area was not crowded at all. In fact, we could hardly count 5 more people in total. We kindly asked if we could be placed elsewhere (at any free non-occupied area) where we could see the Santorini view by night. However, the waitress was quite rude and said we should have mentioned in our reservation a minimum possible consumption of drinks in order to be placed in a better place (something that was never explained during our phonecall). We were astonished, and my friend asked what should our bill be next time in order to book a table in the outer area. The waitress did not reply.. on the contrary, she said we should call again for reservation and ask then. We were disappointed by this kind of attitude and decided to leave the place before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice people but terrible service. They told us we could only have our table for 90 minutes due to many reservations, which was fine except the service was so slow that it made it impossible. We had to wait 30 mins every time to see our waiter. After we were seated and waited the first 30 mins, our waiter finally came and took our order of two cocktails and a hookah (60 mins remaining at table). Another 30 minutes later, the drinks finally arrive but no hookah (30 mins left at table). After a full hour passes without the hookah, our 90 minutes allowed at the table was over and we were asked to leave. The hookah never arrived but they initially wanted us to pay for the hookah despite us never receiving it. it was the restaurantās rule that we had to leave after 90 minutes so it wasnāt really a fair situation but they eventually took the charge off of our bill. It was just not really worth the hassle involved. The decor was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. We were charged 20 Euro entrance fee and made to feel like we couldnāt afford it. The fee gives you a free drink but as we donāt drink alcohol ended up with a non alcoholic martini. All we wanted was some shisha (hookah) they had 3 tables empty that were āreservedā and tried to make us sit on the side but the only reason we chose this place was for the view! We arrived at 21:40 and We were told we can only stay until 11pm and made us feel like peasants! Shisha prices start at 60 Euro. Which is dearer than many other places around.
Music was horrendous, shisha was decent, service was awful. Had a lovely trip to Santorini but this place left a real foul taste on our last night! Avoid Avoid Avoid.
There are plenty of other venues around. I would suggest trying...
