I recently had the pleasure of visiting Le Moustache Caldera Pool Lounge & Restaurant on the beautiful island of Santorini, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. This place is, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered.
The moment I stepped foot into Le Moustache, I felt like I had been transported to heaven. The views from the lounge are simply breathtaking. As I lounged by the pool, I was treated to an unforgettable sunset scene that left me in awe.
What truly sets Le Moustache apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff members were not only kind and polite, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a perfect atmosphere truly impressed me.
The menu boasts an impressive array of dishes, desserts, and drinks, each one more delicious than the last. I can confidently say that some of the best food I have ever tasted in Santorini was served at Le Moustache Caldera Pool Lounge & Restaurant.
Overall, my experience at Le Moustache was nothing short of perfection. The combination of the breathtaking views, the impeccable service, and the delectable food and drinks created an atmosphere that was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend anyone visiting Santorini to make it a point to visit this remarkable establishment.

Read moreThe view is certainly amazing (and that’s were my stars go) but I was extremely disappointed about service, at the prices requested, I expected a much higher standing…
First of all you book an expensive bed called « cabanas» assuming a «cabana » has a roof …but then you end up in a bed that has no roof , no umbrella or shade, (150euros for 1/2 day) at all because only « VIP cabanas have a roof » (200 eur minimum for half a day) although in the middle of the summer it’s 35 degrees in the afternoon, so if you are not use to it you might get a heat stroke…
After that, you wait about an hour, trying desperately to call the waiter for a drink (who only had 6 others customers and nothing to do) but impossible to get him. At this price , I would expect to be served directly at the bed and not having to stand up every time I’m thirsty. 3 hours without anyone checking on you or asking if you need anything , and then the so expected sunset come, so you get off your bed again and walk yourself to the bar to be told « we don’t serve cocktail anymore ». No one was offering you to save yourself a table for dinner although you pay more than most customers, but luckily we were smart enough not to stay for tiny portion and overpriced food.
So if you want to enjoy the view, save your money to the plenty of other spots available in the area , or just come for a drink before they run out, or simply do...
Read moreWe stayed in the hotel across the road and night after night we saw very little customers stay past the sunset. It seemed a lot of people would go for the sunset, a drink and leave. We spoke to the staff, found out they had only just opened, we couldn't find them on trip advisor or Google so decided to take a chance.
The place looks awesome! Modern, fresh uninterrupted views of the Caldera and sunset. It stops there.
The service was pretty average, particularly as there were only two tables occupied. They didn't understand the wine list. They brought our drinks to the table and left them there. We probably wouldn't have minded this, except for the price we were paying and they weren't busy - we expected a quality restaurant, fine dining experence.
The food was below average, especially given the price! It was cold by the time it got to the table, sauces were stodgy, presentation was average. For dessert we ordered 2x chocolate souffles, we only received one it definitely was not a souffle, more of a chocolate cake if that. Very disappointing.
From memory two entrees, two mains, one dessert, one wine was around 170-200 euros.
This place has so much potential - Would recommend the team (including the chef) take a night off and head to La Maison, a short walk down the road, for dinner to see what their competition is and value for...
