This place is a true all-day gem. We visited in the morning for breakfast and returned in the evening for cocktails and shisha — and both experiences were amazing.

In the morning, the vibe is calm and relaxing. The breakfast menu offers everything from smoothie bowls to pancakes and eggs, all made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The coffee was excellent, and the rooftop setting added something special to the start of our day.

Everything we tried at Aether Rooftop was simply excellent. From breakfast to late-night dishes, every plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and care about quality — the pancakes, eggs, burgers, bowls, and even small bites were all top-notch.

The cocktails were equally impressive — well-balanced, creative, and served with style. Each one felt unique, without being overdone. The bartenders clearly know what they’re doing.
