Filoxenia — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

WORSE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!

VERY SLOW. It is true that the guy told us that we had to wait for around 30 minutes to order since the kitchen was busy, which was okay with us. However, we waited for more than 2 hours for our food since the moment we sat down… All this of course, with the blonde woman sitting down all the time….

What is more, we ordered the “Italian beef tartar” which the waitress explained as a regular steak tartare. After 2h, when the food came, it was terrible, not what we expected, with no flavour. Maybe it can be my fault for not understanding the basic Italian recipe, but when we told them that it was weird, they all (finally started working) were yelling at us, saying that it was our fault, and TREATED US TERRIBLY.

In the end, we didn’t eat the beef tartar and they wanted to make us pay for it, shouting at us (so much that even other guests told the boss that “it is not the way to treat people”), when we were looking for a reasonable and educated discussion.

The other food, carbonara and feeta cheese with honey was okay, but nothing amazing.

In conclusion, I had NEVER BEEN TREATED like this as a guest in a restaurant. Hopefully no one else has to deal with a situation like this… Good luck with this restaurant or any other situation treating people...

Very poor Service☝️, they have a very lousy organization. The one says have a seat the other one said no. Than stay seated but be quick there is reservation later.🙈

The waiter L.... gave us not one good joyful nor a pleasant welcome feeling. He was pushy and rushing although it wasn't busy at all. I've seen restaurants like "To Balcony tou Aki" who have triple more guests and twice more charme and much more better food and organized service. Go there employees of FILOXENIA, watch and learn how to do it better.🤝🍀

To the Owner: Feedback is a chance to make a change. Take the constructive Feedback of the other clients as well (don't tell them go to a Mc... to eat your burger 🍔) to make an improvement with your team if you are willing to take this change you can do it better for sure ✌️😉 Be reasonable and...

Unbelievably bad service. I read the reviews saying that the owner was obnoxious, but decided to give the place a try anyway. BIG mistake. I was told it was 30eur for 2 beds, i asked if i could just get one as I was alone, but I was told they only rented the sets. Fine. I ordered a water, as I didnt want to consume anything else. When I paid at the end, the boss tried to take an extra 8eur from me as he said i had not spent my 10eur consummation fee (5eur per bed even though I was one person), when I said i wasn’t told about it, he told me that was impossible. I told him if I had been told, i would have gone elsewhere. He begrudgingly gave back 5 of the 10 eur when the one of the guys on the beach explained my friend was not there with me. I wouldn’t mind, but I have never been spoken to like this in my life, especially not when raising a fair enquiry. There are plenty of other places with 1000x better service for you to spend your money on the Island. Do yourself a favour listen to the reviews (there are a number the same as this) and don’t bother...
