Morning Morning Coffee & Sandwich — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

My partner and I had walked past this place as we were exploring around the streets of Parikia and were taken by the menu and took note of it as a place to visit later. By pure chance we happened to bump into the owner, Kosta on the beach later that day and had a wonderful conversation and was pleasantly surprised when we discovered the place was his. We stopped by the next day for lunch and got coffee and sandwiches.

The food was incredibly fresh and made from locally sourced ingredients (if only we had this quality of tomatoes back home.) It was considerable portion sizes and it was very reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients and the amount of food. The coffee was great and you can tell the owner is someone who loves what he does and puts passion into his work. He was a very generous host and would go out of his way to meet the needs of his customer, offering local insights and useful recommendations. The conversation alone is enough to draw you back to the shop, if not the island of Paros itself.

This coffee shop is an absolute must if you find yourself in Paros. I stopped in before my ferry departed from the port, drawn by the reviews and it completely lived up to 5 star reviews. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine, sharing stories and insights about Greece that made the experience even more memorable.

Came back to Kostas’ little cafe 2-3times during our short 3nights stay on Paros. Such a lovely guy that shared recommendations on places to visit for both Paros & Antiparos! All his recommended spots were amazing and I’d totally recommend chatting with him if you drop by to get a quick meal or just some juices. Kostas is a local and really knows what he’s talking about!
