The woman who served us was nice however an older man in the shop with her was rather rude and not of the 'customer-service' ilk. This man stood hovering around her saying things in Greek looking miserable and hostile. While we were sitting outside on the cafe benches, he came out about 10-15 mins after we'd been seated and decides to remove the rubbish left there by other customers and empty the ashtrays, thudding and banging things on the table in a grumpy style as he did so, in a rather aggressive manner. They charge another price for take away and another one (almost double!) for on the spot consumption... that is common...
I ordered at the counter and should be considered as a take away customer but they charged me for on the spot consumption without warning me.😥😡
My greek speaking partner pointed them the "mistake" but they did not apologise nor change the price. Their behaviour is unacceptable.
It is not the € 2.00 surplus that ennoys us but the "rude & velvet" way they do this! 😤
