Beef “burger” was actually a solitary beef patty, served with almost cold chips. The octopus spaghetti was very average, with overcooked pasta and the sauce tasted strange and unpleasant. The vine leaves were nice. Seemed slightly cheaper than other spots so we gave it a shot, but in hindsight we would have been happy to pay an additional cost for a quality meal. Other spots are providing much better at the same cost. Front of house service and atmosphere was lovely. Free dessert was a nice touch, but didn’t make up for the poor mains. Very authentic Greek restaurant. We were two and we had Greek salad. It was very fresh and the sauce is tasty. Then shrimp saganaki. The sauce was fantastic and the shrimps very tasty. Then we had the octopus in wine sauce. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce very good. We finished with a fresh grilled fish that was perfectly cooked while still being juicy. I ordered grilled Swordfish with rice and salad. My partner ordered muscles saganaki. Both were delightful and cooked perfectly. We then finished with the 'dessert of the day' , a honey and cinnamon soaked filo slice of deliciousness! The only downside was the waiter was on his own, so service could have been a little better.
