I went with my boyfriend to have a drink. When the drinks came (acompanied with the receipt of 20€)I told the waitress that we had a discount coupon (20%) offered by our hotel.At the beginning she told me that they accept it BUT, when it came to the payment, we were asked to pay the whole amount of the drinks (20€). Sat here with a group last night for coffee and drinks. The only thing the shop has going for it is a nice view over the marina. Poor service, staff more concerned with their looks than their customers. Multiple requests for water went ignored for ages. Coffees were terrible, as were the cocktails and the iced chocolate.
