Avoid this patronising place

Service is incredibly slow,came with a Basque group of 17 at 9pm and waited until 11pm to get our dinner, mid September with maybe 20% of the tables full

The old blonde curly hair maître came after one hour (not even apologising) announcing that they didn't have any more sardines and that the delay didn't exist, it's the way they work here, 'maybe in my country it was other way, but she has been doing this for 30 years' (read this with a patronising English accent)

Not happy with that, I asked her if the desserts were also going to take ages, but she didn't even dare to answer or look at me, so we ask for the bill which came like a shooting star

I really feel sorry for the waiter, he was really efficient and well educated

Please don't treat other customers this way,I also ran a restaurant and I know it's almost the end of the season,but being professional should be your main strength

By the way, the food was nice, specially the moussaka and the lamb

This restaurant is the most beautiful one we have come across in Laganas and the menu had a lot of variety. The service was on the slow side though, as it took us 30 minutes for a waiter to take our drinks order. However, once we had our order taken our food and drinks came out very quickly. The huge positive of this place was that the food was absolutely fantastic, it was so delicious, I decided on the Briam, which was full of wonderful favours and colours. My partner decided on the Ribeye with Peppercorn sauce and chips, this was also a perfect dish, perfect cook, sauce and sides. We enjoyed our meal here even if the service was slow, it wasn’t the waiters fault though, it was a very busy night and they worked hard to provide the best service they could to us. To start of, I purchased a margarita, which they forgot. The food took 1 hour to arrive and I was immidiately met with dissapointment and disgust at the size of my food. I ordered the stuffed chicken which was decently tasty, but after two bites it had disappeared. Wondering where it went, I started to search all over. Only to realize I had eaten all of the food. Thankfully my friends offered their food which utimately helped.

To summarize, the food will take 1 hour to come and if you dont order pasta, you wont get full....
