Very unfriendly personnel and unprofessional staff, which made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. From the moment I walked in, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of basic courtesy. It was clear that customer service was not a priority here. Instead of being greeted or assisted with any level of professionalism, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers.

The incompetence didn’t stop there. My questions were either ignored or answered with vague, unhelpful responses. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training, as they were unable to provide basic information about the services they offered. When I asked for assistance with a specific issue, the employee seemed annoyed and offered no real solution, leaving me to figure things out on my own.

Hi. We have just got back from a breakaway to zante. My husband has already put a review on, but I wanted to as well. I really wish I could remember the lady waitress/barmaid who is always there. She must sleep there lol She was amazing, so quick, eyes like a hawk, always smiling and attentive. She needs a pay rise!!! We all just wanted to say a special thanks to her, as she went above and beyond helpful. Especially, when my husband lost his passport. We still haven't found it, but got his emergency documents sorted super quick and came home last night. Watching the football, in a different language with people from different countries who we didn't know, on the beach with cocktails and recieving first class service, was one of highlights of the holiday. Highly recommended, the best beach bar on Laganas beach. We spent 7 days in Laganas and every time going to the beach we stayed the wole day there. First of all the place is runned by a lovely family. They provide excellent service, take care of you (you can order cocktail/food straight from the sunbed and they'll bring it there for you), and your things (you can safely go swimming knowing someone keeps eye on them) and treat you like a friend. Secondly the view - like you can see on the photo - it's just amazing. Third thing is food - fresh and delicious. You have to order mushrooms risotto - MOUTHWATERING! Prices are really afordable.
