The place is nice, and the food is genuinely good. The burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and the variety of toppings makes for a satisfying meal. However, there's a major downside that can't be ignored.. the dog on the roof. Yes, you read that right—a dog on the roof barking every five minutes. It's beyond bizarre and incredibly disruptive. Just as you're getting into a conversation or trying to enjoy your food, the barking starts again. It got to the point where my friends and I ended up having a contest to see who could predict the next bark. PS: The food is 5 stars, honestly, but the owner should recognize it is not joyful to eat your food with a sound equivalent to a tractor working nearby. decided to go to burger hood yesterday after walking past multiple times. the way to order was very chaotic and unorganised. in total we then proceeded to have an hour wait on our food and drinks, after twenty minutes we asked if we could have our drinks “we’ll get them in a minute” sure thing! 45mins into the hour we asked again and we received the same response. by the time the food arrived our order was wrong and an extra burger had been made instead of the fries my other half had ordered. the food was nice but didn’t enjoy it after the wait. We noticed a table next to us have a similar experience as they ordered just before us and waited just as long. waitress seemed to be taking on too many orders for the kitchen to handle. unacceptable service so won’t be returning. very disappointed as the food...

Found them in a magazine that highlights all the interesting restaurants you should go to while visiting Zakynthos and i couldnt have picked a better place. The burgers were simply amazing and the sides as well (highly recommend that you get a milkshake too). The price was average, 10 to 15 euros or 20 if you go for a heftier side, but the portion size almost makes it seem like theyre cheaper than they should be.
