The service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling, and the attitude of the staff was extremely bad.

Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to actually dine here due to the unacceptable treatment we received. Initially, we were informed that the wait would be around 5 to 10 minutes by an employee wearing a dark pink top with no hair. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, we noticed that the available tables were given to Greek people not once, but three times. On the third occasion, I confronted the staff member who had initially told us it would be a short wait. He suddenly changed his story and claimed that there were no tables available. This was clearly a lie, as I observed that one of the tables that became available was in fact asked about by another customer who arrived after us, and they were told it was unavailable by another staff member.

As someone with experience in hospitality management, I understand that restaurants can be busy and have reservations. However, in such situations, it is essential to be transparent and honest with customers. Making me wait and then giving away the tables to locals and friends while providing nonsensical explanations is completely unacceptable. If this establishment has no interest in accommodating tourists, they should have the decency to state so clearly.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant, especially considering the wide range of other dining options available...

We came to the restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and were handed the menus as we sat down. The waitress came to take our order after waiting quite a while for us to choose and every single item I chose she said they didn’t have. In the end it turned out that at least 12 items on the menu weren’t available. Why didn’t they tell us when they handed us the menu? Why did they leave us deciding for so long without saying anything? The waitress didn’t even seem very apologetic she just matter of factly kept saying it wasn’t available. I ended up choosing something that was more than I hoped to spend and cost €20 - it was one small bream, lots of lettuce and a few pieces of tomato. One of my daughters ordered the prawns which came with the shell and without being cleaned. They were gritty and stuck to the shell. If she got one full mouthful from all of the prawns together, it was a lot! First night in Zante with our children and felt completely ripped off and thoroughly disappointed with the poor service and lack of availability of items on the menu. We will definitely...

We were seated and handed menus. After drinks were served we tried to order but apart from the prawns nothing that was grilled was available. If we had been told this when we sat down we would have left immediately. Ended up with very little choice at all.

Having said that the salmon was not too bad but it was not 22.00 euro worth. The prawns were mediocre and we felt not split down the back and cleaned as we are used to elsewhere. 4.50 euro for a small coke zero was the icing on the cake of an unrepeatable experience.
