McDonald's Λαγανάς - Ζάκυνθος — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

Worst McD I have ever been in europe. Staff isnt organized at all, only one guy working properly was the one in lobby, did his job without bothering anyone. The rest was just chaos, I guess they doesnt know food safety and hygiene standards at all. The cashier was wiping his face with a tissue all the time and then preceeded to touch others food without any washing or anything and thats disgusting having his sweat all over your drinks,fries etc. We ordered one Big Tasty and one Big Tasty meal. Ended up getting 3 Big Tasty meals and 2 stand-alone Big Tasty. Your order doesnt show up anywhere so you just have to guess if he did it right. After looking at the receipt we noticed. Went straight to him and he denied that we ordered it differently. After 5 minutes he finally called his manager that didnt even say hello or basically anything to us. We told them our problem and she didnt even say anything like sorry or something just opened the refister and handedly us 20 euros. That kind of treatment doesnt suit McD standards at all. I simply had to try the only one McDonald's on the Island. I can understand there can be much People and it's not very big place, but the employes have to understand English language or simply the names of food what can be ordered. I ordered two big macs, chicken burger and frites with Mayo sauce. First i saw there is only one big mac. I went back to ask about it and i get it, then i saw there is no Mayonnaise sauce. I get back and was ignored for more than one minute with some other People who didn't get the sauces as well. Meat was not much good to taste, it was a kinda dry and dark in compare to McDonald's in other countries. There is a big amount of good Restaurants on zakynthos, so if you only want to go to this one to try how is McDonald's on zakynthos, you don't have to waste your time. I bet that your local McDonald's from your country is much better if you...

Worst McDonalds experience you can possibly get.

The ladies working there are some of the most unfriendly people ive ever seen working in a restaurant. I was waiting to order for 10 minutes and when it was my turn she ignored me and started to help another lady and when i said that its my turn she looked at me like she wanted to kill me and she started hitting the monitor when i started to order the food. She almost threw the receipt at me.

15 minutes later i had the food finally, no sauce included which i ordered.

Best part of the McDonalds there is the toilets to fresh up after the sea water, if you have the code for it, which you only get if you order food.
