Terrible food and service. Got charged 42Q or 6$ for a small cup of fruit which is listed on their menu for 8Q but were told that they had to charge it as an entree. Good luck trying to alter any of the menu items. You can get the same items but better quality at San Martin, this is just an American company charging extremely high prices for cheap low quality food. Not really any vegan/vegetarian options - they will modify your food but charge you the same price even without the cheese/meat/dairy/eggs, etc. They charge extra for pretty much everything, even switching your (free) coffee for tea. El día de hoy tuvimos una muy mala experiencia de organización, servicio y atención en Applebee's zona 10, desde hace 1 mes se había realizado una reservación para un evento en sus instalaciones por medio de contrato y depósito que ellos mismos no respetaron, aún así te hacen ir a firmar a sus instalaciones no sirviendo de nada ya que no tienen ninguna clase de organización, la reserva se realizó para el día de hoy y cuando llegamos resultó que no tenían lista el área, nos ofrecieron un salon, hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y cuando se consultó resulta que se lo habían dado alguien más, nos dejaron a un grupo de 20 personas sin lugar para realizar una actividad organizada que se les confío, la gerente con nulo conocimiento y empatía, cuando se solicitó el libro de quejas de forma alzada indico que se estaría brindando.
