McDonald's — Restaurant in Guatemala City

I am Oscar's wife. I've always been impressed by the service and attention in McDonald's in Guatemala but this is the first McDonald's in Guatemala that I've had a bad experience in.I went to the digital order panel and saw that there was an option for a greek yogurt parfait but I didnt have cash so I went to order at the counter. I was attented by a cashier that was pregnant and yes I understand its difficult and tiring to work while pregnant but it doesn't give you an excuse to be rude. I asked for the greek yogurt but she did not understand me. I understand that as well because I speak english it can be difficult to understand but the menu said greek yogurt and I said it several times and enunciated every time. Finally I said yogur con frutas and she said oh yes but there was only strawberry yogurt, and she was referring to the drinkable yogurt that comes in a Happy meal. So i explained that the digital menu said there were greek yogurt parfaits. At this point she completely ignored me and started speaking to what I assume was a family member who was waiting off to one side. When she was done she turned around and told me that doesnt exist in McDonald's. Meanwhile she was speaking to her supposed family member there were several other employees watching but none of them said anything. Great renovation of this McDonalds. The kids play area was removed in favor of additional seating including a large community style table for eating or reading the news with a cup of black coffee or your McCafe drink of choice. The renovation is tasteful and contemporary , decorated with plantlife and beautiful light fixtures. Electronic ordering stations are available for you to use if you wish, or you can elect to order from the traditional staffe counter. The food is top notch. Yo los restaurantes McDonald's los califico más por sus instalaciones que por la comida. MacDonald's tiene un estándar de calidad en su comida que no digo que sea de élite pero se mantiene en el 90% de sus restaurantes por lo que calificar la comida de MacDonald's casi carece de sentido.

Dicho eso empecemos con la reseña.

Este MacDonald's entre la 7ma av. Y zona 9 es muy bonito, sin duda su remodelación la dejaron en manos de alguien que sabía por qué las áreas están bien distribuidas y tanto mesas como sillas cumplen sus funciones dentro de un espacio determinado respectivamente.

Es cómodo, accesible, agradable a la vista y espacioso. Cuenta con MacCafe así que si desean un postre dulce como un pastel, este Mac es una graciosa opción.

El servicio es muy bueno y se mantiene limpio incluso en hora pico así que se merecen méritos por eso.

Si le quieren buscar un punto malo pues... Que les voy a decir tiene muy poco parqueo pero eso no mata la experiencia si se dirigen al restaurante.
