With careful supervision of customer who is an exert pizza maker, pizza came out decent.
Person who prepared pizza did not read order for toppings requested on pizza. Had to inform her to fix pizza twice.
Also when putting fries in fryer. Never dip bag of fries in oil to melt plastic bag and let fries fall into basket that is already in the oil. Extremely dangerous.
Also.. to fry chicken and then to coat chicken with BBQ, do not dump into big pan of BBQ. Put chicken in small bowl, pour a scoop of BBQ in small bowl on top of chicken. Shake /toss bowl to coat chicken then serve on platter. Never throw in big gallon of BBQ sauce. Same for cheese sauce.
