Arriba! Taqueria - Széna tér — Restaurant in Budapest

Beware: incredibly rude service. We were at the Széna tér location on January 3, 2018 from roughly 1 pm till 1:30 pm. Besides a few other food items, we asked for an order of fish tacos which comes with two tacos. We clearly told the worker who was taking our order that we did not want tomatoes on one (1) of the tacos in our order, and she even told us that she would tell the kitchen. A few minutes later the tacos came out, both smothered in tomatoes. So I told the workers again that we did not want tomatoes on one (1) of the tacos. They took back the the tacos with an attitude, but told us they would remake them. A few minutes later they came back with another order of fish tacos, this time with no tomatoes on either of them. So I went back to ask if they could add tomatoes to one (1) of them, because that's what we asked for in the first place. One of the workers was now incredibly offended and literally slammed a giant scoop of tomatoes on one of the tacos while making faces at me in the meantime. I'm not sure why she felt like that was necessary or in any way appropriate when our request wasn't extraordinary at all, and it was in no way our fault that they could not comprehend what we asked for and messed up our order twice in a row. I had a very bad experience with their food today 😢 I am very disappointed! I’m not a picky person, I love food and never complain But this time I paid 4 thousand forints for a burrito that I really craved and what I got was beyond disappointing! The burrito wasn’t fresh AT ALL! It looked so bad! Soaked in sour cream and not to mention that I ordered mashed beans but got the regular ones…they didn’t add other few ingredients to my order I contacted Wolt and they told me that the restaurant said they don’t see any issue with the picture I sent them and refused to compensate I trashed that burrito that was supposed to be my lunch. It's a small space and can't seat too many people, but we were lucky as it wasn't crowded at 5pm on a Tuesday. There's no A/C, but it wasn't stuffy. We had a Lemonade, veggie Burrito and fish Tacos. The salsa and Guac were really good and other ingredients tasted fresh. I really liked that the lady behind the counter reconfirmed with me for adding peppers instead of meat. I only wish that they had freshly sliced Jalapenos as a topping or even if they had added some element of heat to the fish Tacos, but that's a personal preference.
