Burger King Éden — Restaurant in Budapest

The system here is broken, go to a different burger king if possible. Very slow service.

I just want to quickly say that by no means is this the workers fault. All the workers were rushing around and doing what they needed to. However, it was clear to me that this restaurant was not optimized well. It was not rush hour, and yet the line of people waiting for food was piling up so much that the computer screen wasn’t even properly showing the last two numbers. And yet there weren’t that many people actually coming into the store, there was just long waiting times. Food took 10 minutes to be made and I didn’t order anything special or huge. Other locations somehow are much better at being optimized for quick service. I am not sure where the road block is, however it needs to be addressed and fixed, as this restaurant will not be able to compete with the nearby mcdonalds which despite having 4x as many costumers will serve you in 3 minutes. Fix the issue...

Well, the waitress was very rude and impatient when you take your order. I cannot say we were fast when we order. But we were not so slow either, and there were no one else in the queue. We ordered hot tea, she pointed to the soda drink machine. Then we emphasized to her that we want hot tea, not the one from the machine. Finally, when I get our order, we found we were charged also for the drinks from the machine, which we clearly said we don't want. So we took the receipt to her, she chose to ignore us.

It was really the worst...

Worst experience with burger king so far. Fries were way to salty. Burger was badly made up, bread was soft and wet anf way to much sauce which dripped out everywhere. My coca-cola was completely dead. Just the nuggets where ok. Then i wanted to go to the bathroom but found out i needed a code from my receipt. When i got into the toilet there was piss everywhere and it stank and they where out of soap. So i left with piss sticking on my shoes and still hungry cause it...
