FIFTEEN Boutique Rooms Budapest — Hotel in Budapest

Welcoming, modern, clean, well placed and well priced. What is it not? Absolutely central, but this place is so close to Metro/tram/bus that transport to Pest is really easy and cheap too... Blue bus 200m from front of hotel also takes you swiftly to Buda Castle area. Our room was very acceptable for sleeping, but not for spending lots of time in during the day. Who wants to spend time in a room when Budapest is out there? So for reasonably enterprising travellers keen to get to know the city without breaking the bank, just about perfect.||Wi-fi fine, and in a hot July the air con was spot on! Some good, mid-priced restaurants are also very close by. Staff could not have been more helpful. Though a busy road passes in front, a peaceful though small garden at the back benefits from having a park behind these buildings, so if your room faces back, no noise problems unless you are hyper-sensitive.||Breakfast is simple, continental with fair choice. Not so sure about the ‘latte’ - I settled on espresso quite quickly. Then again, if you wanted more, the city is fifteen minutes away. Just one warning - taxi transfers come to gate at back - good idea to make really really sure Reception gets you and your driver together. We were on a couple of days of Budapest sightseeing and we were looking for accommodation in a quiet but urban are, not far from everything. And then, we found a real diamond!! :)||||All of our imagination was superior to the hotel, both in terms of service and uniqueness. Very nice staff, helpful. Rooms are modern in style. Unique. Similarly, we weren't yet, and we're sure to come back here because I liked every little decoration, corner and atmosphere in the whole building.||Breakfast is impeccable, abundant and nobody stays hungry. There is an inner yard parking lot, which is a great treasure in Budapest. Unfortunately, it was still very cold, so we can't get out of the garden, but I can imagine how wonderful a summer evening might be. We're back! That's for sure :)||I'm advancing the highest rating because we only found a tiny shot in the cleanliness of the bath. We stayed at this hostel abot ten days ago. The location is good and quiet. 5 minutes walk distance from the metro station which is easy to get to the center of the city. The room was quite big with privat bathroom. The cleaning of the room was very disappointing : in 5 nights that we stayed there the sheets were never changed - the towels were changed only once. As for hostel, we expected to get a free tea and coffe, but when my boyfriend ordered an espresso we were charged for this for 2 euro, that was a surprise for us when we paid a final bill, because nobody told us that is not for free. Generally the hostel staff is very friendly and helpful but the level of English as for a reception workers is quite low.
