Hapimag Resort Budapest — Hotel in Budapest

Coming as a family with 18 months old baby, and we enjoyed this 10-day experience here.

☆ the staffs here are very friendly and helpful ☆ they provide all the things we need for baby (high chair, shower bath) ☆ there is sauna in the basement ☆ room is big and clean

It's on the Buda side, it's quiet during the night. The location is easy to get there by bus 16(mostly in front of the hotel).

☆ very close to the Fisherman's Bastion (for the night view) ☆close to Hilton (for wine lovers, there is a very professional Hungarian wine tasting down in the cave- Faust Wine Cellar)

The only thing for improvement is the shower place, it seems the some part is old and the drain is a bit smelly. But overall is a very relax...

I ususally dont write any bad reviews, because anyone can make a misstake, but we we our stay for New Year trip in their hotel and after a while we got a call and message that they can no longer accommodate us without any valid reason, and that’s ok (it’s not but it happens). I wrote them and theu didn’t even wanna bother to respond to the message. Probably the rented it to someone for higher price. That’s all i can come up with without their response.

Be carefull with them. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend...

Ich hatte nun bereits zum dritten Mal das Vergnügen, im Hapimag Budapest Resort zu übernachten, und meine Erfahrungen sind konsequent außergewöhnlich. Dieses Resort erhält von mir erneut eine volle 5-Sterne-Bewertung.

Die Lage des Hapimag Budapest Resorts ist nach wie vor unschlagbar. Die Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und das atemberaubende Panorama der Stadt sorgen für eine magische Atmosphäre.

Der Service im Resort ist auf einem konstant hohen Niveau. Das Personal zeigt sich immer äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht sich, meine individuellen Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Zimmer sind weiterhin beeindruckend.

Die erstklassigen Einrichtungen des Hapimag Budapest Resorts bieten sowohl Entspannung als auch Erholung. Der Wellnessbereich und das Fitnessstudio sind nach wie vor ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten, um den Tag perfekt abzurunden.

Insgesamt bleibt mein Eindruck vom Hapimag Budapest Resort durchweg positiv. Die wiederholten hervorragenden Erfahrungen in Bezug auf Lage, Service und Qualität der Einrichtungen machen dieses Resort zu meiner Top-Wahl in Budapest. Eine verdiente...
