Bamba Marha Burger Bár #MOSZKVA — Restaurant in Budapest

We were good clients because the burgers are very tasty but once I took a look in the kitchen and I've seen it was quite dirty and dusty. The place itself is very dirty, you can see on my pictures. Walls are so dirty, even black here and there because of the dirth, I guess they never clean them. Bathroom is dirty. Carpet never washed in the last century. Then something happened, we've been served our burgers and while we took the first bite, a man arrived with many plastic boxes full of buns. Boxes were very dusty and dirty, probably never washed in their life and buns were not packaged at all, no protection, getting dirty in those dirty boxes. It was a horrible moment especially because we were eating buns like that right in that moment, probably delivered in the same way. And that man even let the boxes full of buns on a very dirty floor, in front of the dirty bathroom. I was having a lunch there with a friend. I've eaten La Bamba Mexicana burger. Unfortunately I have milk intolerance, and their bun contains milk. They have glutenfree alternative, which doesn't contain milk either, although it's quite pricy alternative: extra 590 HUF. The patty was almost tasteless, and I didn't feel the harmony of tastes altogether. The bun wasn't my favourite, either. I also ordered chips, but it was soft and too salty for me. Although the ingredients seemed to be fresh and good quality, and I can imagine there are people who like this type of burger. So all in all the experience was OK. We ordered 1 big kahuna burger, 1 bamba marha burger and sweet potato Fries. What we got is kahuna burger with only with bacon and pineapple.we thought this is how this burger is served but after some time we noticed in menu displayed on top of counter that there should be patty as well. They served us sweet potato fries on the same plate with kahuna burger. So when we complained, they took our plate and the waitress told that she will give us new burger (this time we asked for bamba marha burger) and fries. What we got in return is ham cheese burger ( which was rejected from another customer due to wrong order) and without any fries.
