My partner and I went to this restaurant for dinner, we have never been before but noticed the sign “pizza, pasta and. prosecco” and HAD to give it a go! The restaurant is run by two sisters who are dedicated to ensuring fabulous service and a lovely atmosphere for their guests. We ordered the Burrata starter which was INCREDIBLE. I had the lasagne which was full flavour and complimented their recommended wine nicely. My partner had the four cheese gnocchi (he had never tried before) and we cleaned both plates completely! Both of the sisters were very helpful with recommendations or tourist attractions, bars and places to have food in local restaurants. We couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. Absolutely loved this place!

We had (or are having!!) such a lovely evening at Preferita. I went for the four cheese gnocchi – it was ridiculously good, so rich and creamy without being too heavy. My husband had the prosciutto cotto pizza and was equally impressed – light, crispy base and really tasty toppings. And food so quick to come out!

The service was spot on – really friendly and relaxed, but still super professional. And the interior is gorgeous – creative, stylish, and full of personality. Clearly owners that really care :)

It’s one of those places where everything just feels right. Amazing food, lovely people, and a great vibe. We’d go back in...

We visited this pizzeria after seeing the 5* reviews on Google maps. The food was fantastic. It was one of the best, if not the best, pizza I've ever had.

Quality ingredients and the pizza dough light and crispy. Great combination. Baked burrata to start, great to share. Finished with tiramasu. Delicious!!

Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant very clean. Excellent standards.

Overall, very impressed with the food and the staff. Would highly recommend. If you're visiting Budapest and fancy a pizza, definitely go to this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

This place blew me away. I had two dishes that could easily stand beside the best Italian restaurants in Italy. The gnocchi quattro formaggi was perfectly balanced. The sauce was spot on in both technique and ratio, and the gnocchi had great texture. Also tried the quattro formaggi pizza with hot honey – a first for me. The combo was incredible. The umami from the cheese, sweetness from the honey, the sourdough base, and a kick of heat all worked together beautifully. Service was top-notch – friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back.

For desert I had the citrus panna cotta and it was refreshing, creamy and I great way to end off the meal, I definitely recommend coming to this great Italian restaurant in Budapest!

The menu got a great update with flavorful and comforting soups and pasta (pasta is homemade). Of course the pizza was great as always! The food on the pictures is not all we've had.
