POOR , UNQUALIFIED SERVICE, LIMITED MENU, BAD FOOD, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Saturday night! Dressed up nice for a special occasion. For the prices and setup you would expect class that starts with a warm welcome and that they help with coat. In the second we sat the menu was in our face pushing us to chose drinks…. Without a kind word. Waitress didnt know if they had the drink we ordered from the menu. I ordered a rib-eye from the menu. They didnt have it (!) which they forgot to mention in advance. Waitress was clueless. Writing the order on big writing pad like we were in school! And of course no apologies or explanation , just a recommendation to eat pork neck. I went for it. Big mistake. It was chewy, tasteless, uncooked and cold when served. I tried it and left the rest untouched. I lost my appetite. They didnt seem to care. Waitress took the plate without asking what was wrong, not even the chef came out to check why it was sent back. My partner wanted to eat some dessert but after waiting 15min for the staff to come to the table he lost patience, stood up, went to the cashier and told them to bring the bill. Not a question about the food or experience altho they could see we were disappointed. And of course we had to pay the meal I hardly touched! Waiter just stood there without a word, a smile, a question…. Embarrassing level of service. And the place was half empty. It was simply an awful experience. Shame on you for trying to spoil our special occasion… for money!

SENKINEK NEM AJANLOM! Szombat este, felig ures etterem megis minosithetelen szolgaltatast nyujtottak gyenge minosegu etellel. Rib-eye steak nem volt az etlapon, az ajanlott malac nyak ragos, izetlen, hideg. Szinte az egeszet meghagytam, de meg sem kerdezte senki mi volt a problema. Ettol fuggetlenul kifizettettek mindent Egy kedves arc, egy mosoly, egy kerdes nem volt egesz este. Desszert nelkul menekultunk el a helyrol. 15percet vartunk, hogy valaki az asztalunkhoz jojjon vegul a paromnak kellett felallnia h hozzak a szamlat. Szegyenletes egy ilyen hely a belvarosban. Fiatal, tapasztalatlan, nemtorodom , pultot tamaszto pincerek. Tonkretettek a kulonleges...

As a spaniard, I cannot give the seal of approval to this place. This looks more like a franchise that somewhat imitates spanish food than actual spanish flavors.

It's not that the food was bad, it was just not spanish food. For example, I ordered "pollo al ajillo", and instead of being cooked in olive oil as it should, it was rapeseed oil. Something unforgivable, as olive oil is the staple of spanish cuissine.

Another thing I ordered was pork with manchego chese. Instead it was ordinary grated cheese slightly molten over the meat. That was not manchego.

The plate of foie was full of white sugar. All that white stuff that you see on the pictures is sugar. Never in my life had I seen something like that. If in spain you bring a plate of any animal product surrounded by a stack of sugar, they will probably ask you to take it back.

The music was loud, mostly spanish pop from 20 years ago.

So as a lot of other spanish customers are saying, this is not good if you want spanish food. To me it felt like a tourist trap.

Was it bad or horrible? No. Food tasted ok. But for the price there are much better options...

Edit: Tonight about 9:30, your staff went above anf beyond in protecting a group of ladies in the neighborhood. I amended the score.

Went with 3 others. Didnt have a reservation, one other couple in the rather large restaurant. Was told that they could accommodate us but we had to finish in 90 minutes because of no reservation.

I am guessing at the quality of the food. Never got served, never had anyone come to offer evem water or take an order. Remember we only had 90 minutes. Only one other customer and 3 waiters so not like they were too busy. After ten minutes I got one waiters attention, he nodded then turned to the other waiter and they kept talking and playing on their cell phones. Waited 5 more minutes no service. Finally after being totally ignored for 15 mintues we walked out, past the staff who seemed indifferent and didnt even ask why we were walking out.

A real shame. I live in the neighborhood and deal with a lot of tourists and would have enjoyed a good local place.
