Starbucks Keleti — Restaurant in Budapest

The most horrible Starbucks I've ever visited:

1. personnel - very rude and unkind. When we just entered the café at 19 o'clock, and started making the order, the cashier girl, instead of greeting, rudely said to us "We are working until 20". why this information was brought to us, as it was the whole hour until closing? Also, the receipt was not given to us.
2. cleanliness - all tables were filled with used tissues, dirty dishes etc. and personnel was not even going to clean up the place. also, the restroom was awful - no toilet paper, the bunch of used paper and tissues on the floor, broken tap. eventually, we took our food surrounded by a table garbage.
3. as the receipt was not given to us by personnel, we couldn't get to the toilet, as it's locked by the code. I've asked barista girl about the code, and it turned out that it is incorrect.

I used to love Starbucks Keleti and study/work on my laptop all the time. After the recent construction work, they changed the interior and furniture. I have no clue how they decided on the new furniture but it's the least logical thing I've ever seen. The tables are so low you have you bend to your knees to eat, and worse if you've a laptop on the table. The higher side tables are ok but then the stools have no back so you either have to choose a proper table and not be able to lean back to relax, or you choose to have a sofa to lean back but strain your spine so badly because the height of the table is very very strangely low. I guess I'll be coming to this place 3 times less frequently...

Had about half an hour between trains and decided to grab a coffee, given I was up from 4am. Ended up leaving here without the coffee I ordered and paid for, almost late for my train, because of the world's slowest barista I ever came across. Just to paint the picture, there was no queue, I was the next order to make and she was trying to finish a delivery order of two coffees and a bottled water (the coffees were already in the bag by the time I paid for my coffee). Very frustrating experience. On the bright side, the gentleman taking my order was nice, kind and spoke...
