I stayed at this hotel from September 28 to October 11.||The staff at the hotel are amazing and they’re so welcoming and treat you like family. ||I booked and paid for my room four months in advance for a solo room, and my only request was a quiet room at that time. Upon check-in, I was informed solo rooms will be noisy as they’re on the ground floor facing the street. Yes, it was indeed noisy as well as the advertised air conditioning did not function. When I returned to the front desk, he was so accommodating and changing me to a room on another floor And minutes later changing yet again to a room where a window would open if I felt warm in the room.||As it was anticipating cooler weather starting, I learned they turned off the air conditioning the week before I arrived and started up the heating system. They could not have known it was going to warm up again to over 20° many days during my stay. ||My room suited the purpose and was compact and well laid out. Betting was nice with a very, very firm mattress and two pillows, bathroom had towels that would be replaced whenever I asked, as well as toiletries however I used my own. There’s also a wall mounted hairdryer.||The room is serviced whenever you wish. There are several different door tags you can leave out, depending upon what your needs are, whether you would like a full cleaning or just a light cleaning for garbage and towels. ||Breakfast was included, and it was a delightful variety. Staff were always welcoming at the breakfast buffet. ||I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting Budapest. ||Thank you again to all the staff who made my stay delightful. I did venture off to Vienna for a few days, but thoroughly enjoyed exploring Budapest with this hotel as my base. ||Just outside the hotel on the corner is an Aldi grocery store. As well as on the main street there’s bus stops, across the street is stop number 10 for the hop on hop off bus, and two blocks away is the Keleti train station as well as the...

This hotel was truly one of the best I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, always ready to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, and their kindness made all the difference. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—so big, with so many options that I didn’t even know what to choose! Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The rooms were spotless, with every detail carefully taken care of. The blankets were unbelievably soft, wrapping me in warmth and comfort, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. But what really made this hotel stand out was the staff. They were always there with a smile, offering help before I even asked. Whether it was giving recommendations, assisting with luggage, or simply making sure I was comfortable, they were truly the best. Their kindness and dedication made my stay unforgettable. I can’t say enough about how helpful and welcoming they were. If you’re looking for a hotel with the best service, the best breakfast, and the most comfortable stay, this is the...

The whole experience in this hotel could have been nice if not for the staff including the manager. I booked a stay with a friend for 2 nights and one night only for me as the other person had to leave. I confirmed with staff during check-in if it is possible to stay in the same room or if I have to switch rooms and it was guaranteed to me that I can stay in the same room as before. To be sure, I checked again after breakfast at the day my friend left and they told me that I have to leave the room without any apology for the inconvenience (we are talking about a 4 star hotel here. They moved me to a ground level room with windows to the street, stinky air and stains in the bed sheet. Any request for me to change rooms or cancel the room were declined as well. In general I experienced very unfriendly behavior and the manager did nothing to compensate their mistake.

Overall, they did nothing to make up to a guest for their mistake and I think this is not acceptable in a...

The cheque for checking in was a nightmare so slow, took forever no assistance with luggage even though they known for 8wks that I was disabled to our room. We was on bed ,and breakfast average ,breakfast mentioned to the waitress the food on the hot plate was stone cold, and the light element was not hot enough to keep cooked food safe from causing food poisoning. They understood everything I said but nothing was done to rectify the situation. The room was good but the shower 🚿 tray was dangerous and spungy felt like if you put your feet to close to the plug hole your feet would sink and my wifes only light and she felt unsafe using the walk in shower and the doors didn't meet up so water was going on to the flooring.we did mention it but nothing was done about it

The worst hotel for very high prices. The first day there were at least one bottle of filtered water, the next day there wasn’t. No soap in the room. I ask to bring, but they ignored my request. No slippery in the room. Very very noisy room. I ask to prepare some sandwiches for me to the airport because my flight was early in the morning, with difficulties but they agreed. As a result in the morning there wasn’t any sandwiches ready. My taxi come and I leave a hotel without soap, water, breakfast but for almost 200 euro cost per night. Shame on you. Never never stay at this hotel. Economy you money and nerves

Good place to stay. Room was clean, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast options. The hotel does not have a parking garage, but you can park your car either on the street in front of the hotel or in a parking garage that the hotel has a partnered up with. The cost was 16 euros per day. It’s much better to leave your car in a secured garage. The garage is very close by, on another street. The only negative was that the lights in the room were to dim and the Wi-Fi had some problems connecting, but these were minor issues, not even worth mentioning. Overall it’s a great 4 star hotel. Highly recommended.
