Vapiano — Restaurant in Budapest

Very poor service and compensation. I ordered a 30cm pizza, they gave a 22cm one and only wanted to compensate less than half the amount and said they are sorry. Normally, if the business is truly sorry, they will either fully compensate or provide a correct order to the customer. Their response is unacceptable and reflects how they see customers. In the first place, the concept is to cook the food in front of customers and they clearly see the end product they put inside the box before the customer gets it , so it’s hardly believable that they send this child size pizza without seeing it. Yet no explanation is provided and a half baked sorry was given. It’s truly frustrating to be given such poor service :(

Replying to owner: I had home delivery via Wolt and while I appreciate the response now and that your concept changed, it still doesn't explain how you can deliver a 22 cm pizza without a quality check and gave a "sorry but not sorry response" when we reported it at that time. No explanation, less than half amount back, no offer to rectify...

The worst one of the Vapiano franchise in the city. Food depends on which chef is serving you and key ingredients are left out (They literally always leave the peanuts out of my Curry Al Anatra). Employees are rude and look absolutely frustrated having to work there. My girlfriend's a vegetarian and we always ask for her meals without meat (even though you still have to pay full price) and even after asking them precisely not to put meat in her food they forgot. Instead of making her a new plate they proceeded to pick the meat off her food which is absolutely ridiculous. Today we ordered takeout from them which we sometimes do and the delivery guy was supposed to be here an hour ago. Apparently the restaurant gave him the wrong address and he said now, that he's there he's going to complete some deliveries in that area even though he's more than an...

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home, the open kitchen concept was a delight to watch as the chefs prepared out dishes fresh in front of us. The menu at Vapiano offers a wide variety of Italian disches. I opted for a Pasta Cogne, and it was hands down of the best MEALS I’ve ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the cognac-cream tomato sauce was fresh and very tasty. The staff at Vapiano was friendly and patient. They ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. They served the meal really quick. My dish arrived hot and beautifully presented. In terms of value for money, Vapiano offers great quality at reasonable prices considering the fresh and high quality ingredients and the overall dining experience. I will defenetly be returning to Vapiano for another...
