VietExpress Food — Restaurant in Reykjavik

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a spring roll, fried egg noodles, and fried rice. After a 5-minute wait, I received the spring roll, but then I waited an excruciating 45 minutes to an hour for the rest of my meal. There were only two staff members managing the dining area, and the service was chaotic. They advertised opening hours of 11am–9pm, so we walked from our hotel. We arrived at 2:50pm to find them closed with a handwritten sign on the door indicating they actually open at 4pm.
