Beware: Arrogant and Unprofessional! They punish honest reviews instead of resolving problems.

I visited Iceland solo in January 2023 for a Northern Lights tour with this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a thing and in between we had some kind of misunderstanding. My experience wasn’t very positive, so I left a one-star review to share my disappointment.

The company promised a free re-run if conditions weren’t favorable. After more than a year I am planning to travel Iceland again with my partner. So I asked them about the re-run and would bring them a new customer. I give myself a hope that I could still have a positive experience with them.

However, when I reached out to claim the free re-run, I was ignored. After seeing them post on Instagram, I decided to comment, asking for a response. Their reply came two days later, and instead of offering help or solutions. I was met with a dismissive and rude message stating that they didn’t want me back on their tour because of my negative review a year ago.

It’s clear this company is more interested in saving face than actually providing good customer service. They refuse to honor their promises, punish customers for honest feedback, and are completely unprofessional. If you’re expecting a “free re-run” or any kind of resolution for a bad experience, think again!

I’m incredibly disappointed in how I was treated and I won’t be going back. If you’re hoping for transparency or accountability, look elsewhere. I certainly won’t recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of accountability and arrogance is stunning. They’ve shown themselves to be both arrogant and...

THE MOST LIFE-CHANGING TOUR IVE BEEN ON!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ INFINITY STARS!!!

If you’re looking to see the Northern Lights and to keep the memory alive for a very long time; look no further than Happy World Tours!

It was theee most incredible Northern Lights hunting experience! Absolutely unforgettable 🥰 our guide Prostur was unbelievably enthusiastic, and made the experience that much more memorable!!! 🤩

It was so wonderful, especially considering it was our last night, my Mums birthday and Valentines Day! 14.02.23 🥳

The complimentary hot chocolate and cake were also just divine - WOW! It’s like their secret recipe!

I will never forget this experience for as long as I live! And to make sure I don’t forget, I have beautiful photos taken by our guide. We could take as many as we wanted!!! And we got it sent to us within a few hours!!! 😍😍😍

If you’re debating whether to see it yourself, or via a big bus tour or small tour; personally I would recommend going via a small tour - like Happy World. You’re coming all the way to Iceland; you may as well giving the NL hunting your best shot, right?!

Robert did the booking co-ordination and was also super friendly and accommodating as well.

I write many reviews on Google; I cannot recommend this Tour enough!! 🥹🫶🏽

P.S. On one of the days I was Reykjavík, I went to the Tourist Information store. I mentioned to the lady behind the counter that I had a NL tour booked with Happy World, and she said that they’re ONE OF THE BEST TOUR...

Wonderful experience! They picked us up directly from our hotel and we drove about an hour or so to the spot they thought best for the conditions. There was some cloud cover at first, but we saw some beautiful lights! After a bit it cleared up but the lights were gone. We stuck around a bit and had some hot chocolate and the lights appears again, this time dancing across the sky!!!! They took as many photos as you wanted with their camera (sent via email the following day) and walked you through settings to capture them correctly on your phone!

Be aware that you see mostly green and lights to the naked eye, but on the cameras, even your phone's camera with the right settings, they are full of colors!

We spent well over an hour viewing the lights until they disappeared again and even got to see a few Icelandic horses! It was great to be able to warm up in the vehicle as needed too! ...

My husband and I did the flying buggy tour. Our pilot, Àrni, is a very experienced pilot of his aircraft, and has been doing what he does since the age of 15. This opportunity was the highlight of our trip and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing this is you're in Iceland. I'm not good with maneuvers, such as "stalls," etc... because I have a heart condition that limits me. But my husband loved the maneuvers. He allowed us both to take control of the aircraft (although the pilot has full control on his side, so don't worry, no accidents can happen). I was unsure of myself, so opted out of that. Now I wish I would have. Lol. The views are beautiful, too. Win-Win!! This was a very personalized experience. You're not with a bunch of other people like the commercial tours. You'll LOVE IT. I promise.
