From the getgo we were given less than basic customer service. The host took my name wrote and called out a nickname he had given me obviously not even trying to pronounce my name (which isn't even hard). After waiting about 10 minutes (we weren't given a wait time) we were seated. The waitress took our drinks, then after another 10 minutes had gone by she came to check to see if we needed help and took our orders. When our food came it was immediately apparent that the food was old. First bites became last as everything we tried was inedible, EXCEPT for the pancakes, they were mediocre (and this places saving grace). No one checked to see how the food was (again except for the busboy as he cleaned our plates off in front of us). No one seemed to care that we were there all, from the customer service to the quality of food the whole experience less than satisfactory. My girlfriend even APOLOGIZED for suggesting the place ON MY BIRTHDAY. One star. I will NEVER eat here again.

Nice space. Slow service. Cold food. I stopped by here with the family on Sunday at 8am. There were 5 tables and 8 employees. The service was slow. I often have breakfast out on Sunday morning at various places. I'm usually in at 8, out by 8:30. Today, I didn't get food til 8:25. It's a nice space. It feels clean, tidy and has clear panels between booths for privacy. My eggs were perfectly sunny. Even my wife made a comment about how great they looked. My hash browns were like warm with pockets of cold, like it wasn't reheated enough. The sausage was luke-warm but also burnt. The waitress was good-hearted and friendly but slow. I gave some cash with the check, went to the restroom, and when I came out, she had still not gotten to the register. Parts of it were good but the slow service and cold food ruined the experience.

Ive shared sum photos here. One pic showcases a wall piece which says, "the best looking thing..", well I suggest asking to sit there bcuz I'm advised by one of dee BEST waitresses ever, GAYLE that, that area is the VIP section. And GAYLE certainly treated me with utmost respect n service. This IHOP shood know how lucky they are to have her, if they don't, hopefully they'll learn after reading this. "Preshahnate cha" GAYLE. The 4star is based on meal, which was a veggie salad having iceberg lettuce, as opposed to romaine, which I would have preferred over the berg. We'll see wat it do next time since I want to have GAYLE serve me up again as Kingš.

I did want to leave a 5 star review, my food was great, OUR waitress was awesome. However. This was my first time ever in Atlanta Georgia. The other waitress was... We HEARD her.... Agree with some ladies on how when they walked in and seen us sitting there!! "I can't stand the sight of that white family" "na me either", and proceeded to sit the ladies in a corner where they could not see us. And for the waitress to show just as much disrespect as the uneducated ladies is a disappointment, especially when my white sister is fighting in the United States Army. I will never spend my money in Atlanta again. This place did bad, I mean really bad.

Small iHop in the Atlanta. I would NOT go here again. The parking was tight. The location from Ponce (direction I was coming from) was hard to see the turn...so its located ON Ponce. The sign helped. The food was ok. The service was ok. Although "the southern" pleasantries in restaurants allow waitresses to call men "baby", "honey", "sugar"...it is quite disrespectful... but interestingly at other locations that type of behavior doesn't happen. SO, maybe it's the just this location. I would suggest to management to have a training about ill behavior...if not, I and people like me will continue to leave a tip of $0.00. IJS
