I walked up with several other people and as we were verifying the hours an employee with a bag of trash just pointed at one of the many signs of the door which said they were closing early for a Christmas party. It’s perfectly fine to celebrate but why not do it at the end of the day or during the time the shop is closed? Not one of us outside appreciated the way we were told. The person could have just talked to us. They were already gonna take out trash so why treat your customers this way. I probably won’t be back despite prior positive experiences because of this. Zero help from staff. You will be ignored if you go inside looking to spend money. The kid at the counter was busy joking with the other bystanders instead of assisting paying customers.
