The waiters ignore the customers who do small orders. They don't cater them properly. I am one of them. Ate an american brownie, drank a bottle of water and while paying the bill, packed two chowmein samosas. Later after i came home and found one to be missing. They did not carefully packed my order because it didn't not contribute to their sales target. Anyway, the manager at the fancy bazaar heard me but he was just waiting for me to get done with my call so he moves on. No sense of respect. They worry only about bigshot customers. But they know they'll never have this...

Not even one waiter knows how to reply politely to a person. They are handpicked maybe for their one special quality- the quality of able to reply rudely. And they don't even care how a customer feels. I think this outlet should be closed. I have gone to other outlets but this been the worst. Never ever recommended if you don't want to feel neglected or insulted. Hell experience...

This place really disappointed me yesterday. I went to have sweets and took matka rasmalai, the taste was beyond could no doubt but when I asked them to pack another one for me..they gave me a shallow reason that this particular item cannot be packed and if one take this outside the shop it will lost the lifeshell and get bad.
