I recently had the pleasure of dining at Babylonia Restaurant with my office colleagues, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor was elegant, with a subtle nod to Middle Eastern aesthetics, creating a cozy yet refined setting perfect for both casual and formal gatherings.

Ambiance: The ambiance at Babylonia is exceptional. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decorations made us feel relaxed and ready to enjoy our evening. The gentle background music added to the pleasant environment without being intrusive, allowing for easy conversation.

Service: The service was impeccable. From the friendly greeting at the door to the attentive waitstaff, every aspect of our dining experience was handled with professionalism and care. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. The timing of the courses was perfect, and our water glasses were never empty.

Food: The highlight of Babylonia is undoubtedly the food. The menu offers a rich selection of Middle Eastern dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The appetizers, including the hummus and baba ghanoush, were fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I opted for the lamb kebabs, which were cooked to perfection and accompanied by a delightful blend of spices and herbs. My colleagues also raved about their dishes, especially the falafel and shawarma. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful.

Drinks: Babylonia also boasts an impressive drink menu. We enjoyed a selection of wines and cocktails that complemented our meals wonderfully. The bartender’s skill was evident in the well-crafted drinks, and the variety offered something for everyone.

Ambience- 4/5: Present on the terrace, Babylonia has a refreshing open, candlelight vibe especially for dinner. You could call this a cozy place with limited seating. The tables closer to the road could be slightly noisy due to the evergreen Bangalore traffic. You can enjoy Live sports screening here. Nothing too fancy so I'll stand by my rating.

Food- 4/5: We ordered an egg starter, crispy corn, fries, onion rings and cheese balls and all the starters were great palatable picks. The paneer pizza didn't have a thin crust but nevertheless, the quality and texture of the cheese and paneer were spot on. All dishes were neatly presented in simple, yet classy plates though the quantity was lesser than what you'd expect. We were disappointed that none of the desserts in the Google images or Google menu were present on the menu that night.

Drinks- 2/5: The drinks were highly priced for the quality and quantity of spirits present in them. The LIIT was priced at 700 rupees and at this price, you'd assume that you'll get 30 ml pours per spirit but it looked like they had 15 ml pours, bottom shelf brands. At that price, the LIIT thoroughly disappointed us. We further ordered a Negroni and a Bramble and these were let downs too. The Negroni isn't a shaken cocktail. It's stirred. So both the taste and texture was horrible. So ditch the "sour" and just serve Negronis stirred. The bramble is supposed to have blackberry liqueur but the one we got had cheap quality blackberry syrup. Despite being served in premium looking glassware, every single cocktail was disappointing.

Service- 5/5: It was our friend's birthday and on a Monday night, we expected quick service and quick service is what we got. The staff were kind enough to accommodate a custom brownie with candles for our friend's birthday. Both food and drinks were brought to our tables at a quick pace.

All in all, Babylonia offers a cozy dining vibe with above average food at prices similar to other restobars and underwhelming drinks at expensive prices that are absolutely not worth it. The only thing that justified our experience was the 25% pre book Zomato Gold...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm by beautiful looking Miss Lily inviting us with great atmosphere. The decor is charming, combining modern aesthetics with a cozy, rustic feel.

Food: The food at Babylonia is nothing short of spectacular. I started with Manglorean Chicken Ghee Roast and Chilly Chicken, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The Main Course was equally impressive especially Punjabi Butter Chicken. All the foods served was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the chef's attention to detail and creativity.

Cocktails: The cocktails at Babylonia are a true highlight. I tried the Pablos passtime and 1986 and it exceeded my expectations. The balance of flavors was spot on, and it was clear that the mixologist put a lot of thought into crafting a unique and refreshing drink. The presentation was also top-notch, making it as pleasing to the eyes as it was to the palate.

Service: The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu especially Lily. She was the best and most active of all and provided best service by Lily.
