Brews N Bites — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The ambience is quiet. Not so crowded. The interiors are quite charming. The bamboo work. The chairs and everything is too good. But there was dirt on them. IDK it was that day or it's the story of every day, but the staff do not take much care of the place. Though they are very well behaved. Staffs are very friendly. But the service is bad. I just ordered a spinach corn pasta and it took them half an hour to prepare that.

The service was horrendous. We were provided with unclean plates with oil residue on these so we had to ask them to provide us with clean ones. Also, we had asked for an American chopsuey in our order but it was missed out as the waiter didn't take it down. We had to repeat our order again after realising that the waiter had not provided the item requested and this consumed a lot more of our time. I ordered for Paneer 65 but they gave chicken 65. And when my friend ate and found out that is chicken then they told it was served to wrong table. That's a bad experience for me because I am pure vegetarian. Paneer 65 is also not good, paneer was too hard to eat. May be it was kept in fridge for 4 to 5 days. And we ordered Virgin mojito which is a disaster. Really had a terrible experience. It's a good place to spend time but food...
