I have been their customer over 2 yrs now. Loved the taste all these while. Most of the time we have ordered food online and at times we used to visit the place though knowing the place is very dirty all the time. But today’s incident has left us very disappointed. Unhygienic place. They dont clean the tables and place properly. Not well maintained. Since the crowd is more they should proactively clear the plates on the table but here every time we have to call the cleaning guy to clean it and it just cleans it for name sake.
Today We took biryani rice and kabab and found a Hair in the rice!!! . (THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME WE FOUND HAIR IN THE FOOD, TWICE THROUGH ONLINE ORDER) And when politely showed and asked the owner he dint even bother to respond to us. He just took the plate and gave us the fresh Biryani rice. And when we requested the owner to maintain hygiene in both the place and food. In return he did not even accept the fact that a Hair was found in the rice even after showing the plate to him. he bluntly said take the refund if you want. He spoke like as if we have intentionally put the hair in the plate and arguing.
Owner doesnt know how to treat the customers, he thinks that if not you i have my other customers.
All we tried is to get the hygiene back so that all the customers visit the place time and again.
Never visiting this...
Read moreThey have been serving uncooked /unwashed meat(mutton) and this is the second time I have observed. I complained to the counter person and he is so proud about what he is cooking already and with this disgusting food, and later started misbehaving with me to send me out. These people should not be told that the food is not cooked and it's not healthy to eat when meat is not at all cooked.
This was a test i did today as I was really disappointed last time when I visited. Still not sure why people eat at this place.
I am complaining to the bbmp and food and safety department (FSSAI) for inspection and make sure their food licence of this place is cancelled. Will take the issue to Sowmya Reddy - local MLA also. They are not hygiene and the place is so disgusting. I will surely invigilate this place from now and write the review regularly.
They become monkeys and start jumping when you complain anything. Staff is full of Rowdies and there is one guy who tells me he has 15years of experience and he does look like a kid . They finally made me ashamed of visiting this place.
Please Friends, never believe in their food. They are adulterating masala , no taste, meat is not cooked at all. Why you all like this place is because they give free sherva and free raitha. That's their attraction. You fall in their...

Food: the place gets really crowded on Sunday's. We went at around 9.30am and the mutton biryani was over! Instead got a mutton fry and mutton leg soup. The mutton in the fry was very well cooked and tender and good flavour to the gravy. Leg soup was peppery and nourishing. Next was the chicken biryani served in jonne, the rice was very flavourful with 2-3 decent sized chicken pieces which I think was the highlight of everything. Also tried the chicken leg piece and it comes in a spicy gravy with 2 big leg pieces and it was spicy and extremely tender. Finally got idli and dosa to soak up all the remaining gravies, but you are also given a groundnut red chutney and more gravy if you like.
Service and cleanliness: Most people here get a takeaway as there is not much seating within. There is no service and it's self service with a couple of table and chairs and standing options. We got a table and had to mention and get it cleaned twice, but it still wasn't quite clean even after and the floor was quite dirty with some water leakage on the floor. It's a non-fancy place, just no nonsense non-veg food for meat lovers who like the traditional South...
