While the food and ambience of the restaurant are commendable, the overall dining experience and service could be enhanced to elevate the customer satisfaction. While patrons may initially be drawn to the establishment by the enticing menu and inviting atmosphere, their overall impression is greatly influenced by the quality of service they receive during their visit.
Firstly, improving the dining experience could involve optimizing the flow of service to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, minimizing wait times, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. Attention to detail in presentation and table setup can also contribute to a more polished and enjoyable experience for guests.
Furthermore, enhancing the level of service provided by staff members is crucial for fostering a positive dining experience. This entails attentive and courteous interactions with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized recommendations or assistance when required. Staff training programs focused on hospitality, communication skills, and problem-solving can empower employees to deliver exceptional service consistently.
Moreover, effective communication among front-of-house and kitchen staff is essential for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing errors or delays in service. Coordination and teamwork are key elements in delivering a seamless dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on customers.
Overall, while the food and ambience may set the stage for an enjoyable dining experience, attention to the finer details of service delivery and customer engagement can significantly enhance the overall satisfaction of patrons. By prioritizing improvements in these areas, the restaurant can create a memorable and rewarding dining experience that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. The moment I stepped into Eshanya Roof Top Cafe, I knew I had discovered something truly special. The vibe of the place is unlike anything I've experienced — unique, calm, and beautifully crafted. It’s got that rare charm that immediately puts you at ease and makes you want to stay a little longer.
Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely divine! If you’re a North Indian in the South craving that authentic, soul-touching taste, this place is nothing short of a culinary homecoming. It’s the first time in ages I’ve had proper North Indian food outside of my home that felt so real and nostalgic.
The service? Impeccable. The staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring — no complaints at all. I’m already planning to come back with my family because I know they’ll fall in love with it just like I did.
One thing that really stood out was the live cooking experience. It’s not just a performance — it’s an art. The open kitchen is clean, organized, and adds a whole new level of delight to the meal. The aromas, the sizzle, the freshness — absolutely mesmerizing.
I ordered Kadai Paneer with garlic naan, and oh my — pure bliss in every bite! The Hara Bhara Kebab took me right back to my childhood, and the grand finale — the sizzling chocolate brownie — was out of this world. Supernatural even! It genuinely made my day.
Highly recommended! A must-visit if you're a food lover looking for...

The cafe is located right on top of the famous 'Cakewala' in what is probably the busiest street of Jayanagar. It is a cute little always guzzling with people, mostly very young crowd from nearby colleges. We had to wait for a few minutes (which was quiet lucky for a 6 PM hangout) to get a table just at the edge facing the busy street.
The menu isn't quiet exhaustive and would say that the management has kept it very simple - focusing on very basic items like fries, nuggets, fingers, smilies, rolls, burgers, sandwiches, a very few desserts, shakes and coffee. We ordered a variety of food to taste a little of everything - one Masala French Fries, one Paneer Burger, one Mix Veg Roll, an Oreo Thick Shake, one Caramel Shake, a Sparkling Orange drink and a cappuccino. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted nice, but beware of the quantity as servings seemed a little small. Oreo Thick shake was awesome and the roll also stole the limelight, among the other items ordered.
It is certainly a good place to hangout...
