Why even have a direct, Online ordering platform if they don't bother about it?
This is the question that was running on my mind as my order from this Brik Oven branch was delayed by over 1 hour and 30 mins.
I ordered a couple of pizzas from their Dotpe site as advertised on the Brik Oven Website and socials at 1 PM. The order took half an hour to even be accepted by the restaurant (it only takes a minute on Swiggy and Zomato, FYI). I had to call the restaurant to check on my order and get them to accept it.
On the call, they said I'd receive my order within 25 mins, but it took three times the stated duration to finally arrive, all cold and dry. I had to reheat both pizzas and even then the cheese was dry and the crust felt rubbery. This isn't what we customers expect from the Brik Oven brand.
This outlet is by far the worst out of all Brik Oven branches in the city, as this isn't the only sour experience I've had here. There's practically no dine-in space at the outlet anyway, so they should at least focus on keeping the delivery experience good.
The Forum Mall and Prestige Trade Tower outlets are much better. These guys have a lot to improve on.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is the real deal. As an American its hard to find a really good authentic pizza place especially in India. However this place blew me away. The pizza was charred in all the right places to baked up beautifully. Each bite of the sourdough crust gave more flavor. The real mozzarella cheese and mushrooms along with jalapenos was just fantastic. The fresh orange soda was phenomenal and made with fresh orange slices. The bagels are also the real deal. Not just a bunch and passed off as a bagel. I am so happy I found this beautiful gem of a place. They use authentic sauce that taste like my pizzas back in the states as well not ketchup with masala lol. Trust me just go and try it. I also picked up some fresh sourdough bread also made in the fire oven and some fresh sour cream. Can't wait to try those. But im super full and I will have to update later. The staff was so wonderful and explained everything on their menu. And even made me a fresh bagel without the seeds. This place is top notch. Only down fall is not having a table to sit at. There is a small counter area and that is where I ate. Great job guys. I...

They have some delicious wood fired pizza. We started with their garlic bread with toppings, it has a nice crust and made very deliciously. We learnt that their mozzarella cheese is made in house, daily, thrice a day. They use 900L of milk to make that.
Moving on to the main course, we had their Shrooms and Anna pizza in half and half. One would definitely go back for the flavor shrooms engulfs you with. Anna has a nice authentic taste. They are not heavily topped and lets you experience their pizza base made off sour dough. Their Sourdough- the culture is half a decade old, locking in years of flavour, and the strongest of cultures. Cold fermented for 48 hours in a massive 5000 litre dedicated refrigeration space It definitely makes you feel the worth.
We had a brownie chocolate shake, which was just milky and delicious. They have Proprietary smoothie recipes and rights. The base is made from whole cream milk that is supplied by a dedicated dairy hence giving a better mouthfeel than other smoothies.
I'm definitely going back for that...
