Chai Point is an absolute gem for tea lovers like me! My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. The first thing that struck me was the peaceful atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can unwind, read a book, or have a deep conversation without the chaos of a typical coffee shop.
The service here is top-notch. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help you choose from their wide variety of teas. Speaking of which, the tea selection is extensive, offering everything from classic chai to unique blends you won't find elsewhere. While it's a bit on the expensive side, I can confidently say it's worth every penny.
But what truly sets Chai Point apart is the taste of their teas. The flavors are exceptional; each sip is a delightful experience. I appreciate that they take the time and care to make every cup perfect.
One of the highlights for me is that it's a fantastic place for couples to spend quality time. You can linger here for hours without feeling rushed or disturbed.
What's even more remarkable is that Chai Point allows you to occupy a seat for an extended period without ordering constantly. This is a rare courtesy in this day and age, and it adds to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
In summary, Chai Point is a wonderful place for tea enthusiasts, couples, or anyone looking for a serene environment. Despite being a tad expensive, the overall experience, taste, and the freedom to spend hours there make it a worthwhile destination. Don't miss out on this...
Read moreHave been here multiple time but on two occasions the food, drink and service was very bad. Same was the case tonight when I happen visit this outlet which had and unpleasant and not so good service and beverages were horrible. I had an Sulemani chai which was not were near to a sulemani chai and had a load of lemon juice in it and my friend ordered a Masala chai which was pathetic, it tasted like water and some grounded masala in it and was soo bitter.
I had to get it replaced with a Elaichi tea which was not so great but better than the Masala chai. The tea what we get in street has way better taste than these teas what you serve for this fancy pricing which is no were near to saying worthy.
The seating, tables and floor was dirty and was full of trash with no one bothered to have it cleaned.
The fans/AC was not operating and the temperature was soo high that after drinking these so called tea we were sweating even after informing the staff to put the fan it never happened.
Somehow I was finishing my tea sharp at 11pm the staff told us to finish and leave as they were in hurry to close.
Overall a poor poor experience with regards to product, service and ambience.
Not a single star can be given for...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my friends and I had at your establishment tonight.
As regular guests, we have always enjoyed coming to your place and considered it a comfort zone for us. However, our this visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with two of your staff members.
Around 11:35pm, we requested two cups of chai. Unfortunately, a gentleman named Tibhumal (or something similar) started arguing with us over this simple request. To our surprise, another staff member from the back area also joined in the argument.
We understand that last-minute requests can be inconvenient, but the way these two individuals handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Their lack of etiquette and disregard for their guests left a lasting negative impression on us.
As a result of this experience, we have decided that we will not be returning to your establishment. It is disheartening to have to make this decision, as we have always enjoyed our time at your place.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff members. It is important to create a welcoming and respectful environment...
