Shiv Sagar : Garuda Mall- Bangalore 26th June 2025 Ordered a Masala dosa. Then as we were eating sambhar; something got stuck in the throat and it turned out to be a metal wire. On observation of their food area we found that they leave a steel scrubber to clean up where food is kept and served. Imagine that..!!! Staff( or manager) doesn't wear gloves; so after handling the steel scrubber; they served food and broken parts fell into food which is being served to customers. On confronting them; they asked if we needed to replace our order..wow....and then GM got on the line asking what we want. After all this the steel scrubber was left in plain sight and once they realised we took pics; they finally removed it. These are the health and safety standards followed by Shiv Sagar. This is a grave issue being taken lightly by them; as it could have led to internal bleeding ; obstruction; tissue necrosis; leading to blood sepsis and death. Have made a formal written complaint to FSSAI Bangalore and waiting to see how they handle this issue. What an absolute shame for a great city like...

Worst customer experience. Taste we have to adjust to whatever the guy gives. They give a s--t about our requirement, taste etc. They start giving items to next 5 customers and our sandwich wasn't even put on. Alu tikki isn't a chat item, but merely burnt potato. He poured generous sweet taste to it. Argues that's how we give, if you want you should tell. How in the world or dream I'll know how he makes it? Good only knows. Sev Dhai Batata puri is full of sugar coated killer, sure to give diabetes to even diabetes medicine. Price too high and customer concern too low. Shiv Sagar in commercial Street and PUB are too good. I'm not sure same chain.
