Honestly, this is one of the best Sushi restaurants in Bangalore. I have been here more than 5 times in the last couple of months and would continue exploring their menu. They have a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. They also have small plates, varieties of ramen options, bento boxes, hot pot, ice teas and desserts. If you are new to the cuisine or the restaurant, the staff help will you with really good recommendations. The food is made fresh to order, but this doesn't delay the service. Plating and presentation is immaculate. The taste really hits the spot. The restaurant is well maintained, hygienic, has a cute cozy set up and feels welcoming. I can't appreciate the staff enough, they always greet you with a smile, very friendly and knowledgeable about their job. I have tried some of the Nigiri, Maki rolls, and sushimi options, Gunkan mixed set and prawn tempura. When you climb up the stairs and enter the restaurant, you're greeted by the refreshing cold air conditioned air. The restaurant has this beautiful white aesthetic; you can go sit at your desired spot in the restaurant, and one of the wait staff will come to your spot with a menu and then leave you alone for a while and let you choose the food you want to have, on the menu there's a Verity of dishes ranging from ramen to sushi to curry with rice and some Korean dishes, all of which I've heard taste good. then take your order and you'll have to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes for your food to arrive, me personally I had ordered the large pork katsu ramen, it comes to you in a large bowl, filled upw tih soup, noodles and vegetables, large enough to fill you up. You eat with a pair of chop sticks for the noodles and the vegetables and a spoon to drink the soup. The service is wonderful, the wait staff are nice and helpful.
