This the dominos pizza which is malleshwaram 5th cross. The front desk staff who was taking the order was busy in her own way... she took the order but didn't bother to recheck until we went back after 25 mins.. 1st the pizza was ready n then garlic bread was yet be prepared... 2nd-we as customer need to search ketchup and the other spices placed on the other table.... spice container(oregano and chilli flakes) was so dirty and the staff was irresponsible to even change it.... the entire space or the DOMINO'S PIZZA MALLESHWARAM STORE is filled with files n mosquito .... water cans are empty... This the pathetic, dirtiest or i say ill maintained store i have ever seen.... Dear DOMINO'S u don't charge any less form ur customer intact u should be looking at basic requirements to run a store or shop what ever u call..... trust me this would be last time and never ever recommend this place to any one....COMPROMISE ON QUANTITY IS FINE NOT ON QUALITY ......TRUST ME U HAVE SPOILT MY FRIDAY...

I placed my order at 11:16, and it said garuntee 20 mins delivery and the time was 11:36 exactly after 20 mins I called. Ms. Divya was so rude she said I can't do anything go complain where you want. Then I got a call at 11:40 because I sent a review she was rude even before the food came. She now spoke very nice, saying I am recording this call and understand that I didn't speak rude and didn't know you were the customer. And disconnected the call. The final call came at 12:12. This time, it was a conference call. Whereby an employee lied she is from the HR team and couldn't speak one word in English she said I will give late delivery discount and I asked her name she said why should I tell I am giving discount. @ #Dominos I need an answer. This franchise should be closed. Worst behavior by staff. Horrible experience. Such stores shouldn't even exist. I haven't even received the late delivery...

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Domino’s. To start with, the person at the counter did not give us a bill or accept card payments, which was highly inconvenient. After we finished our meal and asked for the bill, we were shocked to find that we were charged more than the prices displayed on the menu card and online.
When we questioned the discrepancy, the manager tried to cheat us by justifying the extra charges without any prior notice or valid explanation. She requested her to call her boss. After some back and forth, the higher manager (boss) finally admitted to the discrepancy and agreed with us.
After checking the review section, it turns out that several customers have experienced similar issues, and apparently, no actions have been taken yet to address these complaints. This kind of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable, especially from a reputed chain like Domino’s. I won’t be returning to this branch and would not recommend...
