Worst place which I ever had food. After reading the reviews we went with so much hope for dinner. But those are 420 reviews. Food is not at all good. Masala Dosa was bought with white potato palya ,my baby was not ready to eat at all as it was not yellow instead white. When I asked the bearer he said they don't promote food colours so I was surprised. Potato palya turn yellow because of turmeric which is good for our health not due to any colour but did not question. Dosa was made out of mixed flour rice,maida which turned into rubber later. Our butter naans also turned into rubber. Veg kolhapuri recipe was met with suicide here๐ญ. It is surved with rasam consistency. On top they have added sourcing pineapple ๐ญ. The malai paneer tikka was completely burnt. Vegetable palav was exactly tomato chitranna ๐ญ with a lot of dry peas. He has added curry leaves,garlic ๐ค. Palav was red in colour because it was a tomato chitranna not palav. We started eating thinking taste might be good but it was ๐คฎ. They take the complete order in the beginning then start serving the customers one by one . Service is too late. There will be many customers who stare at your order or food because they take too much time for any order. AFTER EATING FOOD HERE WE FELL SICK FOR A WEEK. A/C ALSO NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY. PRICE IS TOO HIGH. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SERVERS WILL SENSE WETHER YOU PAY THEM TIPS OR NOT IN THE BEGINNING. ACCORDING TO THAT THEY DECIDE WHETHER TO LET YOU SERVE BY SELF OR THEY HELP YOU ๐. SURPRISE: MINOR KIDS WERE KEPT FOR CLEANING PURPOSE WHO TAKE THE LEFT OVER FOOD AND KEEP IT ASAID. WE FELT GOOD THINKING THEY KEPT IT FOR THEY DINNER. In a visit, Found a white stone around 5mm in the curd rice. Another visit, found a plastic piece in jeera rice, its of corner piece of some masala pouch... Tomato soup was heavily spicy twice out of 6 times. ((They charges shamelessly for that, even after reporting it)) Person who takes order in the service hall doesnt know about their menu well, provides wrong information. People who serve the food have no proper communication between them.. And doesn't respond well to customers..
In weekends they will be more terrible and response less..
I have reported all of above.. But did not see any significant changes in their attitude as i observed in my last visit (10th time - 19-06-23)
South indian food was good i shall give 3.5 stars for all except meal.. For south indian meal 5 star.. For north indian meal 3 star..
Shamelessly they have taken the bills for their mistakes and they returned the word just sorry.
My suggestion, if u wish to go.. Dont compromise bang those people if they continue similar attitude without forgiving them.. Demand and get best as u desires..
For hotel management : 1st Teach all those Bagavad geetha slokas to your staff. Ask them to change their attitude. Which increases respect towards your owner's...

I've been to this veg restaurant several times, and their Idly, Vada Sambar, Masala Dosa, and Pav Bhaji (served in the evenings) are absolute must-trys. The flavors and textures are spot on, and the prices are reasonable.
However, my last visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered the Idly Sambar in the evening, and unfortunately, it wasn't fresh at all. The Idly was dry, and it was clear that the stock was old.
To maintain their excellent reputation, I hope the management focuses on quality control and ensures that all dishes are prepared fresh throughout the day.
Additionally, a bit more attention to hygiene would be appreciated.
Overall, this restaurant has tremendous potential, and with a few tweaks, it can become a top choice for veg foodies.
