I ordered food on 15-October-2024 from Zomato around 8:22 PM it was just drizzling though so i waited till 9:45 PM the status changed to Dispatched out of deliver by 9;22 only and kept the same status for some time, when i called them they said they have lot of orders hence it is taking time I said ok and then again waited for some time till then no updates so i called them again now they are saying there Oven is not working then i realized that they are bluffing and i sensed that they are telling lie and they are not going to deliver my food.
Then i took my car traveled almost 4 Kms to restaurant to check the status of the restaurant there it shocked me there were no customers at all and all the Employees were time passing in the backside of the restaurant not even single order were delivered please find all the videos attached as attachment. All the delivery vehicles were stopped in front of the restaurant only also it was not raining at all you can notice all these points in the videos I have attached.
I think this is the first time that we ordered online and customers only went to the restaurant to pick the food which we ordered online and paid the delivery charges.
Why cant they understand their basic duty and responsibilities? We have ordered food to have for dinner and keep hoping that they will deliver soon but these people were playing with our emotions.
I raised a complaint and got the message saying I am not receiving calls from the manager which is again a big lie. Attaching all evidence also for the same.

The pizza never arrives on time, and the average delivery time for my last three orders was a staggering 1.5 hours. Today’s order was especially frustrating—it was cancelled after an hour and a half because the store couldn’t track or connect with the delivery person.
To make matters worse, I don’t think I’ve ever received a hot pizza from this outlet. It’s clear that this is a staffing issue and not the fault of the employees, who are likely overwhelmed. Management needs to take immediate action to address this rather than overworking their staff to the point of burnout. Customers and employees alike deserve better.
