I visited this place on Monday evening for a quick bite of fish and chips, not sure where to start and what to tell

Nobody was manning the counter and waited for a couple of minutes to order, post which the order came.

Fries were cold and soggy, it was not crispy and hot. Saving grace was the fish which was hot and tasted good

Cleanliness can definitely be improved, staff were busy on their mobile and tables were dirty

Would definitely not recommend to anyone, go to leon grill it's clean and their service is good

Such a horrible experience. We ordered two burgers, shakes, and Korean fried chicken. Regrettably, the first two items were just average, and the fried chicken, despite our typically high spice tolerance, left our mouths burning intensely. Seeking assistance, we promptly called the service staff to convey our discomfort with the spiciness, but to our surprise, they merely smiled and retreated without offering even a glass of water.
