Tastewise, definitely one of the best Pizzas in town. The taste has improved that one could arguably say that pizza hut makes better pizzas than Dominos. Prices are above avg even considering the taste and service, but that's how most of these type of fast food shops price their items so can't complain.

Where we can complain however, is the poor slow sloppy service provided here. The staff takes their own sweet time to clean the tables after one has left, and that too is a half-hearted clean where half of the previous customer's food is still there. Staff takes a lot of time to just serve a simple food or a drink that can actually be made in a few minutes too. Nevertheless, they are humble and helpful, and eventually deliver on your orders and requests.

After shopping in 4th block Jayanagar, we opted for pizza hut. It's a newly opened outlet right on the main road. We were drawn towards the place- inviting ambience & cute interiors. The staff was super courteous & followed all safety norms. The service was quick & efficient. Currently, they are running many irresistible meal deals, which made our entire dinner super reasonable. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever h with a food brand. I ordered from Pizza Hut on 8/7/2025 paid online, and the order was never delivered. It’s been over 48 hours, and there has been no update, no refund, and no support. Just silence.

When I tried contacting customer care, I got generic responses and no actual help. They don’t seem to care once they’ve taken your money.

Even before this, the quality and quantity of food had dropped drastically — cold pizza, stale crust, barely any toppings, and the quantity felt like a snack despite charging full price. But this time, not receiving the food at all and still being charged is just unacceptable.

Pizza Hut has completely lost my trust. Horrible service, poor food standards, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and order from literally...
