Hatti Kaapi - Orion Mall (Lake Side) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Over the years visiting this outlet has become like a tradition to me. I usually order Hot Badam Milk here and love to sip it sitting in front of the Lake watching the water fountains.

But honestly, I feel that the beverages and snacks here are quite over priced considering it's quality. Most of the beverages are sachet powder based and snacks pre-prepared & re-heated. Definitely not a healthy choice. But, just to go with the atmosphere you can opt-in for a small beverage.

Service is very average. Usually they mis-prioritise, serve the wrong order, wrong size and mess up the whole order. You need to be patient with them.

Since it is a kiosk, I can't comment on the ambience. But the lake atmosphere next to it is really cool especially on weekdays.

Big scam at orion mall hatti kaapi outlets, they are cheating by selling large coffee, In the menu they mentioned M and L but they are telling only large is available and if we ask about menu they had told that it will be replaced, but past 6,7 months the same scam is happening for making more sale. This scam is happening only in Orion mall in other hatti kaapi outlets are selling medium and small but why not in orion outlet. They are two outlets in orion they both are also cheating the customers by selling large, the lake side store sell M size at week days but why not in week ends ?? Very bad service. Not sure if this hey have their appraisals are based on the bigger coffee cups they sell. They have a menu displayed on on the cup sizes available but they always say the small quantity cups are not available. If you decide to buy the big cups and ask for another cup for a charge( not free) they decide to sell based their mood. We could see how he small cups available, we could even see the earthen pots available and we were ready to purchase the extra cup as they mentioned the smaller cups were unavailable but the whole team is aligned with this scam.
