Hyderabad Biryani Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Visited restuarant a week back for a take away order, thought of using magicpin points. Even though they have a big magicpin board on their entrance.

Cashier demanded 50% extra on top of bill as mapgicpin was allowing me to use 50% of my points. Then I asked him why ? He replied you are getting 50% off from app and we don't get complete money. Then he called his manager and he was least bothered to take care of customers..he said we don't get complete payment whatever you pay from magicpin app..so you need to pay 10% extra on top of the bill. I think he is not aware of the fact that he is partner of magicpin and magicpin may be taking 10% as a commission or he is not interested to pay commission to magicpin.

Had a word magicpin customer care, told about whole conversation and cc checked with them and said I can visit and collect my order. I visited next day again, now this time manager told me magic pin app is not working..I won't be able to check whether payment is received or not.. He was making excuse, coz they get notifications through mail and text also.

In short, they don't want to pay a single rupee of commission to their partners and expect customers to pay full amount in cash.

Not sure about the food, but the whole experience was bad. I did not buy any thing from this restaurant and with this bitter experience, I will prefer some other restaurant in future but not...

Pathetic food. Waste of money. No taste. Cheating in the name of mutton haleem, where you don't find even a piece of mutton. Fish tikka tasted tasteless. Lemon chicken is just defried chicken and nothing else. Overall it was waste of money and spoiled mood to have good dinner with friends and family. Ordered butter naan and in place received plain naan. Took money for butter naan and delivered plain naan. Horrible cooking and tasteless food. I recommend everyone to not go in for this restaurant. Paneer tikka was prepared with old paneer which tasted so bad that it went into dustDu. I am from Hyderabad and I know how mutton haleem tastes. You don't puree mutton, you cook it with shredded mutton. Well, I had ordered all this from swiggy. Swiggy is only a delivery partner. They don't cook. Hence, it's the responsibility of the restaurant and they can't wash their hands stating that if it was delivered through other partners, to...

We have ordered for 2 Chicken Biriyani Value which is less quantity than the regular.

It was was a long wait and later the guy from the upper floor asking for the order once again. We came to know that after 20 mins of wait they considered my order.

Than we waited 20 mins more (40 mins in total) to get the parcel. very bad experience.

And the hotel ambiance is good looking from out side and worst inside. When I waited for the parcel, I looked at the top floor, It was too worst like the road side hotels. Came to know, that's why they give for...
