McDonald’s Shakarnagar – Extremely Disappointing Experience ❌🍔

I’ve visited this outlet a few times before, but my visit last night (around 10:15 PM) will definitely be my last one here. After a long day, I placed my order at the self-kiosk and waited for nearly 15 minutes with no response. Only when I asked did the staff start preparing my order.

The service felt unprofessional — one staff member was openly eating fries and sipping Coke with his bare hands, right in front of customers, and then handling food without washing. Tables were also left dirty, which raised serious concerns about hygiene.

When my meal finally arrived (Mexican Chicken Meal), it was another disappointment. The chicken patty was over-roasted and tasted burnt, fries were served without any salt, and while at least my request for no ice in the Coke was followed, the overall food quality was very poor.

I understand it was a late-night shift, but that should not be an excuse for lack of professionalism and hygiene. I strongly request the management to look into the cleanliness and staff behavior at this outlet.

Burgers are good but other than the basic AluTikki Burger everything looks soo much over priced (taste is good, no compromise on that). They didn't display the happy meal (this one too is ₹220+GST which is the basic in meals) either which I've found in their self order counter. Was lucky to have found just a little space for car in front of this store. The Store has some 8-9 steps I think which will be another drawback for Aged people to enter. Some options were out of stock like Toys were not available so my kids got story books (both are same hence one will be wasted).

Now talking about his things: The place is really awesome, nicely thought through and designed - quite spacious, no noise, very well lite with natural light, quite clean, charging points available for mobiles if one needs it. Table spaces are good, different seating options. Different section for takeaway + if you find the Order queue is long then they also have Self Order Kiosks hence getting through the order placement is easy. Order delivery time quick. My kids enjoyed a lot here. The area is also good for shopping and strolling...
